"The front desk staff were really nice. I appreciated the warm welcome and smiles. The parking attendant was very helpful. The room was fairly clean. The conditioner was completely out in the shower. The ac didn’t seem to cool off to the temp we wanted. When I went down to the front around 9 pm after a long day at the hospital I was alarmed to hear that another customer had bed bugs in the room. "This property has a wonderful location with a fantastic view of the water, marsh, and a beautiful marina. The view from the rooftop deck is truly stunning! The staff is fabulous, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The only change we would make would be replacing the shower fixture with an alternative to the waterfall fixture to allow for more water pressure. We would definitely stay here again!"
