"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. "First off we chose this place because it said it offered Free breakfast and it was a 5 star rating! Turns out when we check it is says: No breakfast is served...to me its false advertising. We paid $205.00 for one night , which i may add: we could of rented a better room with better views!"

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way...

"Beach view was great Rooms were clean Everything was great we were on the 4th in room 4/16 it was very loud one night little kids playing and screaming on the walkway around 10-11 pm And young people sitting on the walk way till about midnight but we will be back!"
