"First off we chose this place because it said it offered Free breakfast and it was a 5 star rating!
Turns out when we check it is says:
No breakfast is served...to me its false advertising.
We paid $205.00 for one night , which i may add: we could of rented a better room with better views!"

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way...

"The room was clean but small and out dated. I knew what we were getting into (I read other reviews). The price was good and the staff was friendly. We did feel safe but the place was a little run down. We left our car there for a week when we went on a cruise and it was just fine when we got back. The only real problem was someones car alarm going off all night long. Could hardly get any sleep. But that is not the hotles fault. "
