"Arrival was
Good and at 3pm we could access our room. The hotel itself was in a great location and all staff friendly. For an exec twin room it wasn’t that clean it was fine for purpose but had I been staying more than one night I would have asked for better bathroom cleaning standards. Breakfast was plentiful and good"

"Convenient if your going to wembly for an event that’s the only good thing about this place I don’t know what the other people are talking about in the reviews about clean and nice but they are lying to you from the floors to the walls and bedding was horrendous was switch from one room to the next only for the same results had to get them to adjust ac at front desk there was no thermostat in my room and when the a/c is off the smell is horrible DONT DO IT RUN!"

"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal"
