Wellspring Guesthouse - Farm stay in Fraser Lake, Canada

Wellspring Guesthouse is a newly-opened, comfortable, hand-crafted timber log house set in the scenic countryside just outside Fraser Lake, British Columbia.

Located on a working hay farm, and surrounded by fields and forests, the farm sits near a small lake that attracts a variety of birds, including migratory species. It’s a peaceful place to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and experience a little taste of rural life—while still being conveniently close to town and Highway 16.

The Guesthouse

The guesthouse is a bright and airy timber-log home with natural wood walls with dovetail joinery, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

It includes:

* Two cozy bedrooms — one with a queen bed and one with a double bed
* Full kitchen with granite countertops
* Private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
* Living room with a loveseat that converts to a single/twin bed
* Wi-Fi
* Electric heat
* Woodstove for relaxing evenings
* Private deck with chairs
* Small private yard/green space
* Private parking, with additional parking available if needed

The guesthouse is well suited to couples, families, and travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay while enjoying the surrounding countryside.


The Farm & Surroundings

One of the special things about Wellspring Guesthouse is its setting.

The property is a working family farm, and offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the changing seasons and peaceful rural landscape.

Everyday farm life varies with the season and the day’s work, so you may at times see or hear tractors, livestock, or people working nearby during your stay. If you’re looking for an authentic rural experience, we think you’ll appreciate being part of this setting.

At the same time, the private guesthouse has its own small yard, deck, and parking area where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Privacy & Access

The guesthouse is a separate accommodation, while our family home is approximately 80 metres away on the same working farm.

Access to the guesthouse is via a shared gravel driveway that passes by the guesthouse and is also used for farm and family access.

We respect our guests’ privacy while being nearby if you need anything during your stay.
