"Advertisement was well written however in my opinion it's not as accurate as it states.We booked this place for a special occasion and were excited to experience all of the amenities. The place did not have a way to lock the slider you use to enter the "resort" which is just a room they designated in a large home. The place is infested with mosquitoes, there is a large dog in the other room that barks for awhile until it gets used to your presence, there is not thermostat to adjust the a/c and...

"The staff was amazing from start to finish. The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only...."
