"Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old
Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again.
The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun."

"Lovely old country inn setting. Our room was beautiful and we had the added bonus of a separate kitchen and lounge.
We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was disappointing, but our breakfast the next morning was delicious."

"We stayed for one night, also having dinner and breakfast. The room was lovely and clean, the dinner and breakfast were both freshly cooked and delicious. It was great to see the bar /restaurant buzzing with locals and others staying there. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and located well for exploring. "

"Lovely stop on the way to Cornwall. Gorgeously comfortable bed and linen. We arrived exhausted from a long transatlantic flight with 2 cats and the owner was so kind to us. She saved our bacon as we honestly could not have driven further! Superb breakfast and we will definitely return 💜"

"Kleine, aber vollkommen ausreichende Unterkunft für ein paar Tage. Das Frühstück musste am Vortag bestellt werden und wurde dann morgens pünktlich frisch zubereitet, super Auswahl mit English Breakfast, Porridge, etc."

"When we walked in the room at 9.45pm the room was freezing cold, we found the radiators and turned the heating on but at 11pm the heating went off and didn’t come on again until the morning which meant we was cold all night. Plus there was a clear draft coming through the main front door and from the bathroom.
When we looked around the room there was black mould by the front door and around the bath.
There was a stain on the bed sheet.
