"Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow.
We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed.
They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways.
How about close the Hotel and halt booking?
Terrible Managment."

"Very pleasant all around! Big room, very clean, coffee maker and good sized fridge in the room. Also a very good price. My only suggestions for the management are to leave several packets of coffee in the rooms (only had one decaf and one regular) and more hangers in the closet."

"Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!"
