"The location is great. They left us fresh farmed eggs and pancake mix . We had a welcome letter and complimentary items. The view is also beautiful. However, the home could and needs a deep cleaning. The sheets were dirty and the sewage smelled backed up. Not only in the house, but outside as well. The toilets took a few flushes to drain completely and the hot water didn’t last to complete one shower. We have been communicating with the host and everything was straight until we had complaints....

"Sullivan One Tudor has loads of charm. The house is nicely decorated. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The back yard is fenced and we spent time gathered on the deck enjoying the fire pit. The location made walking to dinner, coffee, and the grocery store easy and enjoyable. There's parking for 2 to 3 cars. Natalie was quick to communicate before, during, and after our stay. I would stay here again."

"This house is truly a retreat - they have everything you might need. Loved sitting outside and watching the deer. The description of the home is completely accurate. The hot tub was a nice treat. Sitting inside on the comfy chairs by the fire was relaxing. Great outdoor grill for cooking breakfast in the mornings. I would absolutely stayed again."

"The Hillside Hideaway was exactly what we hoped for: clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and a safe environment for our nine-year old pup Lucy. We stayed four nights during a mild weather period, and we made the most of the trails and parks in the area. My husband and I are in our seventies -- we live an hour way from Johnson City and we enjoy mini-vacations that don't require long-distance travel. This spot was perfect for us!"

It is comfortable in every room, with plenty of extras like the game room, the choice of tub or stand alone shower, and easy parking. The host was welcoming and friendly and check in was a breeze. "This was a very nice place for a stopover on our journey.It was pet friendly which was key for us.The fenced in yard was nice for the dogs to run around after a long day in the car.
