"Everything was beautiful, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I travel for work and my shift is over night so I sleep during the day. The room I was in was very quiet and that was the best thing ever for a night shifter. Plan to stay again in the feature."

"The front desk gentleman at check-in was very kind and professional. He thoughtfully provided bedding for the pullout bed.
The family suite was perfect for a family of 5 and already cool upon entry. AC worked great. Hallelujah, there were liners in the trash cans! "BEWARE. Staff was super uncooperative, lied to us, and if you book thru 3rd party they give you the worst room they have. The towels were gray & gross! Outdoor patio was a mess for a holiday weekend. We've never had an issue at any other Fairfield Inn in the country."

"We arrived late and checked in about 6:30 p.m. The room that was assigned to us was Room 131. It was a large room. The filter in the air conditioning unit was dirty and it wasn't working well.
The shower room was designed for handicapped people. We are not disabled
people:-( When we took a shower, the water was all over and it was such a mess:-(
My wife has back problems and she used to sleep on firm mattress. The bed in our room 131 has soft mattress. She didn't sleep well and woke up with...
