"The entire experience was awesome from the friendly checkin staff to the beautiful aesthetic (the arrowhead lodge shines through) the clean and cozy room with NO hallway noise, the great bartender and the beautiful cafe/bar area. The best continental breakfast spread I have ever seen and the sweet gal tending to it. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"Was disappointed that half the waterpark was shutdown, especially having 3 littles and not being able to use that section we intended to hence why we booked there. When we went to the restaurant, I had to ask to have our table wiped down and no one was in the restaurant. Our buzzer never went off for our food, when we got our food it was cold. "Spacious, clean and having a TV in each room was a nice surprise. Our grandchildren loved their loft, but in the advertisement it says bedroom, which would tell you that the room is enclosed. This is important with the amount of light and sound keeping them awake when trying to get them to sleep. However, it was a very nice memory, and maybe we'll return to see it the summer. It looked like a great view!"
