Three Bears Resort amenities (within walking distance): Waterpark (outdoor pool, indoor pool, slides, splash pads, hot tub- all located inside the Three Bears Resort), golf card and ATV rentals, mini golf, arcade room, laser maze, fitness room, volleyball net (free). Jellystone Campground are located within 1.1 miles and you can enjoy additional activities like waterslide and the beach area.

Please note the waterpark passes at the Three Bears Resort ARE NOT included in your reservation. They are available at the front lobby at a discounted rate of $40 per person or $50 for the whole weekend Friday - Sunday based on the seasonal availability.

Guests can use the downstairs unit B access along with a designated patio and backyard area and washer/dryer located in the hallway.

Guests can also reserve Unit B under a different listing number as both units are located in the upper and lower levels of the property.
