"The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!"

"It was easy to get in the room with an access code. No need to worry about a key or key card. The room itself was clean and all necessary remotes and items were easy to find, however the windows were really dirty, so we kept the blinds closed. The bed was comfy and the refrigerator had enough space for what we needed. The house was a very short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants which was very convenient. We would have used the porch, but there was a large lift/contraption...

"Host was great. Easy yet secure entry and exit. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable and a large screen TV in the room. I stayed in February with temps in single digits and the apartment was warm and I had the ability to regulate the temperature. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. "The property boasts an excellent location, with a stunning view from the main bedroom. However, it's important to note that the vacant lot in front has recently been sold, and there are plans in the works for a new house to be built soon (Neighbor told me).While the apartment seems to have undergone renovations after significant damage, the fixes appeared somewhat rushed. The listing photos appeared edited, and upon arrival, I noticed that the sheets in the main bedroom were worn and pilled....

"Unit was clean and check in process with Liam was easy. Great weather and close to beach, lake and park. Unfortunately no hot water for first 3 days but was taken care of when plumber reset. Sorry to be honest but bathroom had mold in shower and unit was very noisy with tenants upstairs. Will be back to Ocean Grove, great town but not to 68 Clark, maybe the upstairs units are better. "

"Great location of unit. Felt safe and secured and communication with listing agent was fast and friendly. Free off street parking - first come first serve, but we had no issues since we stayed off season. Host did recommend paid parking locations but we did not need it.Would recommend and revisit! Only issue, the carpet in the main room curls up and can be a tripping hazard. We moved one of the mats to keep it down and didn't have any issues after that."

"The host stop responding never sent me the property information to get in and I had to find out that they canceled the day of they were non-responsive to myself and Vrbo. It was booked for weeks. They were very responsive in the beginning and then just stopped and never sent information."
