"It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. "When I arrived there was an unexpected maintenance issue, but I was able to call the host and he was able to remedy the situation very quickly. The location is great and central to everything! The building is well kept, quiet, and I felt safe. "
