"Perfect lake house with direct view of fireworks!"

"We stayed at the cottage while visiting family friends in Monroe, NC. The cottage was secluded and a fun place to stay for several nights. The cottage more than accommodated the three of us. Mike was super responsive to our questions. We will certainly stay at the cottage again if we return to the area in the future. "

"Location was great for walking to fun restaurants and accessing the light rail. Loved having a parking spot. Property was so cute, clean and exactly as pictured! Highly recommend"

"What a great spot. Photos don’t do it justice. Open floor plan on first floor, whole place tidy and comfortable. Such a private and relaxing view above the lake, from two different levels, the patio, and then the large upper deck. We saw turtles, heron, fireflies, and the fish were jumping. There’s a covered portion of the dock with a picnic table, and a separate floating dock with a swim ladder. Jumping in the lake is recommended!"

"Wonderful stay. Quiet cove. House has a great layout - master down with three bedrooms upstair. Very clean . Very organized. Nice dock as well as small private beach that provided shade at times during the day. "

"Mark was a great host and a great communicator. "

"We had an amazing time. Home just as descried. We spent the days on the dock, swimming, fishing, just sitting a talking. We watched fireworks light up the night from the dock. The house was big enough for the 9 of us. The screened porch was a great place to relax. The view was incredible. The location was great. Close to stores. We ate at Sweet Waters. Food and service were on point. "

"My husband and I and son traveled down to meet our son and daughter n law who live nearby. We had a wonderful stay at the lake house, beautiful view and fishing from the dock, apartment was super nice and modern and had awesome central air which was great after spending the day out in the warm sun!! The hosts were friendly and helpful! Great area too!! "
