"Great old resort with beautiful scenery and lots of amenities. Unfortunately it needs attention and maintenance. The restaurant requires more staffing so folks aren’t waiting an hour for their food. Didn’t know it had a complimentary breakfast and that was good! It has potential and charm but needs some upkeep."

"Loved this place! Tucked away off the river but yet close to both Menominee and Marinette. Spotless clean, nicely updated all the amenities. Kitchenette coffee maker, fridge, loved the fire pit with wood ready to burn. Grills by the picnic table. This place was amazing except for the beds. I believe they are from back in the day! Had to sleep in the center of each bed so as not to sink into the indent. All in all great place!"

"This property was beautiful. Had everything you need for a great experience. The river was a perfect backdrop. House is kept very well and very comfortable. Loads of outdoor space and seating. My only problem was it is not a 3 bedroom. It’s a 2 bedroom with extra beds in a musty basement. This was not what we expected and I was thankful we had a younger couple that was willing to sleep there, I would not have. I would definitely rent this again knowing it’s a 2 bedroom."

"The cabin was lovely in the woods and near beautiful waterfalls and the Peshtigo River. Kim was communicative and responsive and clearly cares about keeping her cabin welcoming to visitors. Thank you!"

"A beautiful serene remote location. If you’re looking to relax and recharge this is the place."

"The best point, and why we booked it, was the screened-porch. It was also dog-friendly, so we were able to relax outside on the porch without having to keep an eye on the pooch. It was so quiet that I slept better than I have in a looong time. The delicious loaf of bread was a lovely surprise. Will definitely be back."
