"I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very clean and cozy inside. The host has thought of all sorts of nice touches such as beach chairs that are available to borrow, a hammock outside, a stocked, coffee, bar, etc.. We also loved that the cottage was just a two minute drive away from a beach, and an easy drive to tourist spots like Saint Joseph and Saugatuck."
