The Space:

Welcome to your perfect home base for a relaxing escape in beautiful Watervliet, MI! This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is just minutes from the shores of Paw Paw Lake and offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.



Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen complete with a dedicated coffee bar—perfect for slow mornings before heading out to explore. The warm and inviting living room features a cozy electric fireplace, ideal for family movie nights or curling up with a good book.



The sleeping arrangements include two private bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with a fun bunk bed setup—queen on the bottom and twin on top—making this space ideal for families or groups of up to 7 guests. Two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone, with one featuring a relaxing jacuzzi tub for a spa-like experience. We also offer a pack n play for your convenience.



In Kevin's Place, you will find a gym area with a treadmill & elliptical. We also have a Snooker Table, with mini-pool & poker, and a ping pong table.



Step outside to a fully fenced backyard where your furry friends can roam freely while you enjoy the peaceful Michigan surroundings. Our newly added firepit can also be enjoyed in the backyard.



We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. To help us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please share the number of pets you’re bringing along, as well as their breed and weight, before booking. We’re happy to consider your request and will get back to you promptly with approval.



Whether you’re boating on Paw Paw Lake, exploring the charm of Watervliet, or simply unwinding at home, this pet-friendly escape is your perfect getaway spot.



If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please bring your own charcoal & firestarters.
