"Hand held shower head was broken in 2 places and wouldn't hang. Wash cloths and towels were cheap and scratchy. In room fridge was very noisy and I had to unplug it. But bed linens were clean and comfortable."

"The entire building stunk like cigarettes, including our non-smoking room. We couldn’t get the smell out even with Febreeze. The kind sized bed was super hard, like extra extra firm. Our shoulders were very sore in the morning. The air conditioner did not operate correctly, and no matter how we set it, it stayed very cold and no additional blankets were in the room. "Found out that you get what you pay for!! Showed up and the beds were made but no soap in the bathroom also one of the lights didn't work. Just a very run down property."

"I was charged for an extra nights stay. My itenerary said I was there for three nights but the front desk said I arrived a day early and they tried to charge me or four nights. I disputed the charge. Room had odd chemical smell, there was no plug in the bathtub so I could not take a bath, just a shower. Old dingy towels. Not satisfied with this place at all."

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"When you rent a hotel room you expect it to be cleaned daily unless otherwise told. It is utter nonsense to come back to your room and have it not clean and told that's the policy. We pay to have our room cleaned. You can ASK if we don't need it done, but the assumption is to clean. Anyone else tired of feeling like they need a lawyer to get anything done on the most basic level?"

"About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

"Super clean! Best Motel we've stayed at-half of the rooms include an attached garage! Huge room & bathroom with walk in shower. NO breakfast was included, even though it is listed when booking."
