"We rented through VRBO/Cheryl Moodie last year and had an excellent experience, this year was just the same! The location of this property is ideal! Right around the corner from Barrett Square and steps from the beach. The set up was perfect for our family and another family we traveled with! So many bed/room set ups to choose from & everyone just had the best time. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Cheryl was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be back again next...

"My two girlfriends and I had the best stay at the Big Thyme Carriage. Mitsy was extremely helpful and even let us check in early! The only recommendation I have is to replace the pull-out couch mattress. Sleeping on the regular couch cushions was much more comfortable!"

"Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street...

"Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!"

"We loved our stay in 30A. The location was perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. "The instructions described the lock box in a location other than where it actually was so it took a second to check in. Once inside, we were welcomed with two chilled champagne glasses in the fridge with a mini bottle of brut rose. Thank you! A couple of other nice touches were complementary robes and a Britta pitcher of filtered water in the fridge. "My experience with Orgins at Seahaven was really positive. Beach access was easy, which made my 9 year old extremely happy. The condo was nice and well maintained. The few staff members we encountered were friendly. My only negative was the water pressure to shower, but I guess that is to be expected with the number of people and water usage throughout the facility. "

"O hotel precisa fazer algumas melhorias: o Wi-Fi é muito ruim, desconecta inúmeras vezes por dia. Fui me informar na recepção sobre o que estava ocorrendo, e as desculpas eram as mais variadas: primeiro disseram que os nossos quatro celulares estavam com problema, depois o Wi-Fi estava sendo revisto, depois a senha mudou, depois a senha mudou novamente, e por aí vai. A limpeza do quarto é feita somente a cada 3 dias. Os móveis são velhos e sujos; alguns são mal cuidados. Os estofados das poltronas precisam ser trocados urgentemente. O café da manhã é bom somente no final de semana; durante a semana, ele é reduzido e a atendente da recepção tem que conciliar as tarefas da recepção do hotel com a reposição dos itens do café da manhã. Durante a semana não tem pratos quentes. A bancada da pia do banheiro tem o caimento invertido e a água fica pingando no chão molhando o banheiro."
