Dirt on the floors, bathrooms not cleaned, dirt on the sheets, garbage on the floor in both bedrooms. Disrespectful owner. There are far better properties to book in Birmingham. Truly disappointing. "It's an old house so noise and creaking is to be expected, however, it was unexpectedly very loud. We were woken at around 230 AM by upstairs tenants that sounded like a herd of elephants in the middle of the night. You can even hear the toilet seat go up and down upstairs. There was water (from last guests?) still in the single use coffee make. Husband still attempted to use it, however, the coffee maker didn't work (I'm guessing that's why the old water was in it). Stars for the hot tub which...
