"Took my wife here for her birthday. We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights. The location was very peaceful and quiet. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The bed was very cozy and warm and the bathroom very clean as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet 2 person stay. We will be looking to return again we loved it so much. "

"The place was more spacious than expected from the ad. There is a separate kitchen, which had everything we needed, and a generous supply of food items. The location was perfectly situated with just a short drive to beaches and the gorgeous Nisene Marks Forest. Shopping and ample restaurants are nearby. The family lives upstairs and there was hardly any noticeable noise. We had all the privacy we needed. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend! "

"10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. "WE didn't have any contact with the property manager (none required, so I can't comment on that) - the towels and house smelled very musty .. the washer had mold in it .. and suspect that is the reason for the musty smell. I expect some "dampness" from beach living .. but it was more than that. One item to note - the banister rungs for the stairs is not up to code - I could fit my head through and a small child could fit their whole body. We brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs....

"Home was great. No AC or fans so it was pretty hot in the home when we arrived but after we opened the glass doors it cooled off pretty quickly. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing. We could sit on the patio and watch the whales breaching which was the highlight of our trip. There were a few random people that walked right through the back patio walkway which was unfortunate but they did not linger too long. "

"The guest house is nice, clean, and modern. There is a beautiful deck and creek to enjoy. We used the hot tub and grill. I definitely would not recommend 4 people stay here but it was the perfect size for a couple and a dog. Hosts were friendly and responsive and would recommend to others."

"The perfect little cottage for our mom/daughter’s weekend! The location along the creek was so peaceful. We spent our mornings and evenings out on the lawn, chatting with all the dog walkers and petting the pooches. Close to the village with lots of restaurants and shops. If you go to Shadowbrook across the creek for dinner, you can call them for a free pickup in one of their old-fashioned taxis. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back!"
