"Absolutely Perfect House!Over the years we have stayed at dozens of VRBO homes, and this house is certainly among the top three. Extremely clean, great beds and linens, kitchen is very well stocked, and there are activities galore for the kids (and adults). The bedroom/bathroom layout offers lots of privacy and there are quiet areas that are perfect for reading (or a nap). The location is great. Short block to the beach but traffic drops off to almost zero after dark so it is quiet....

"This property was terrific and Steve was a pleasure to work with. We stayed in California for a week and our stay at this property was our most relaxing by far. "The location is wonderful. Very close to beach and boardwalk and in a clean, safe neighborhood with stunning views from the expansive, well furnished balcony. It is not fancy inside but extremely clean and comfortable with two living rooms and a table for 10. Lauren texted the day before to make sure we had access information and was very helpful and friendly. "

"This was a beautifully decorated home. It was incredibly well appointed and space to hang towels, just do well thought out to be easy and pleasing for any guest. There were so many wetsuits of all sizes and games and books. Very comfortable sleeping. Probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. So close to the beach and lovely walking. I would come back!"

"We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again."
