"The set up of the 2 homes is perfect! The hosts thought of everything, from kitchen utensils to the pool table in the game room! They were quick to respond to our questions. The pool was an hit and did not disappoint! Our guests ranged in age 3-68 and the homes were perfect. Enough room for all. The location is perfect as well. We could walk downtown for brunch or ice cream, or even to sit by the river. We’ll be back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in you homes!"

"Beautiful home! My girls loved their rooms. It was great having our dog stay with us for our spring break too! The game room add on was totally worth it. We had a relaxing stay. Perfect outdoor space for us as well. Enjoyed a fire and s’mores and hot tub too! Only things that would have made it better- more lounge seating in the main space, nightlights for the girls rooms, and baking pans. I had to run out and buy a pan to make brownies. "We stayed here while bicycling the Katy Trail. We weren’t prepared for the hills but Renee took pity on us & helped us get around. We visited the Stone Hill Winery cellars. Very interesting. The Himmel Haus is wonderful. We were able to do laundry & Renee even helped fix a flat tire! She fixed us a delicious breakfast before we hit the trail again. "

"It was a nice property for us. It was clean, updated, good location, and well stocked. The Keurig coffee maker was the only thing we had to figure out. JZ Vacation Rentals were easy to work with, however, a little cumbersome prior to our rental with having to send drivers' license, photo, etc. We had never had to do that before renting a VRBO. However, I think the added security is a good thing."

"We loved every inch of this place. The attention to detail was astounding. The whole town was amazingly clean and tidy. We walked to dinner at the Dutch Tavern and it was fantastic. We ate breakfast on the way out of town at Rothchild’s and it was outstanding. "

"Our stay in the beautiful schoolhouse in New Haven, MO was totally worth it! So wonderfully built and accommodated and the property was pristine to pull up to. It was like you entered a magazine spread being photographed for the world to see. Truly impeccable. "House was immaculate centrally located nice rural type of community. We had a great time, lots of open space to sprawl out in. Beds were comfortable as was other furniture throughout the house. Definitely will be back."

"The house was perfect for a girls weekend with plenty of space to sit and relax in the house and outside. The house was bigger than it looked in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds and furniture were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Although not located in Hermann, it’s a quick drive, and ride share information was at the house to utilize. I don’t have a single complaint!"
