This property is located in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors.

📦Deliveries

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

- Washcloths are not provided.

- If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

- Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.

🛠️ Damage Waiver Fee
We kindly ask you to treat the home and its contents with care. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay.

Covered:

- Unintentional damage to items inside the unit (up to $300 per stay)

Not Covered:

Intentional damage or misuse (e.g., parties, smoking indoors)
Violations of rental policies
Damage exceeding $300
Damage to vehicles or personal items
Theft or unreported damage
Lost or stolen items
External damage (e.g., to hallways, elevators)

Additional Charges (if not covered):
Lost FOB or access card: $250
Lost parking tag: $200–$300 (based on building rates)
Smoking inside: $300 fine
Unauthorized party: $300 fine
