"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."

"Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. I needed to extend my stay one more night and they made that process so easy. I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. I stayed by myself and the room was perfect for me. Only...

"It was a lovely room. There was no shampoo and conditioner. Reception did give us 2 teeny bottle of shampoo and when I asked about conditioner she rolled her eyes, pointed to the bottle and said well the bottle says it’s conditioning shampoo… the irony is she had long hair too and I can’t believe she rolled her eyes. Yuck"
