"This place was a headache from the start. We got into the city late and our door wouldn't open for us, and it took way too long chatting with the customer service for them to believe me that the code wasn't working. "So the property itself could be really nice if they gave you the room that you booked. Reserved and paid for a specific room, which they ended up giving me NOT that room that I paid for and then had the audacity to tell me that the "basic room" they gave me is the exact same as the "king room" that I paid for.....
