"Details could have been communicated at checkin. Like having to pull into ferry dropoff to find garage. Tv and cable went out. 2:30 am fire alarm. Had to evacuare. Couldnt put down blind cause ac vent hose. Building next door watched us sleep. Didnt like carrying 3 cards. Ramp,room,elevator. All white. Not much of a water view. One small window. Location was good. Thats about it."

"This was an amazing location! Super close to Pike Place Market! Walking distance to target and PLENTY of shops and eateries. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We arrived earlier than check in and they allowed us to store our luggage while we went to wonder around. We were only staying one night before getting onto a cruise but would have been happy to stay there longer! Cute little kitchen area. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The pull out couch was good for our kids."

"Perfect for solo travelers! You take Pine street down and it takes you straight to downtown in like a 15-20 min walk. the views were great, location was quiet and no issues checking in!"

"After being warmly welcomed in the lobby, we discovered that Room 205 was a comfortable, updated, spacious suite. Somehow we had missed the word “suite” when making reservations. For the very reasonable price, this was beyond our expectations. The bedroom is completely separate from the well-stocked kitchen, the dining table, and the comfortable living room. Since we had had a big lunch in Bellingham, we didn’t have dinner in a Birch Bay restaurant. Instead, after a drive out to Semi-ah-moo...
