"Our biggest problem was the room keys, the main reason we will not be back. Beyond difficult to use. Using keys for elevators and parking was problematic, but room locks were a nightmare. Discussed with other guests in hall. Everyone has a problem! Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Lack of privacy in the one window with the rigged A/C, but I assume this is only a temporary fix. Certainly wouldn't think you are done with this setup. A luggage rack would also be nice for short...

"I didn’t like that it was a pet friendly room with carpet… we don’t have carpet at home and ended up not bringing our dog because we were scared he might ruin it somehow, and didn’t want to incur any crazy fines."

"Spacious kitchen and living room areas. Bedroom and couch w/hide a bed were very comfortable. Had a full-size refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Exceptionally clean and decorated with antique furniture that added to the charm. Also had a view of Birch Bay from our Lanai. Will definitely stay there again!"
