"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."

"The staff were super helpful and nice, also accommodating. The hotel is more like a hostel rather than a boutique. The rooms are very small in comparison to what is advertised on the website (i.e., no closet to hang your clothes and not much space to roam esp., if there are two of you). Shower room is all glass door and it's is literally next to the entrance door, so make sure no one is in the hallway when your partner opens the door. The vent fan was not working in the shower and bathroom so...

"Parking was sufficient, the lobby was clean and the desk receptionist was inviting. The room was nice and…roomy and the TV actually worked."

"There was no parking available at the Kasa so I paid $70 for parking next to the building which expired at 2am . I then was only able to add 2 more hours and finally at 4 am I was able to add 10 . The fire alarm went off at 12 am so we had to evacuate. When I asked what was going on with the virtual sight I was told I was making to much noise and would be kicked out. Overall a terrible experience!!!!"

"We requested an early check in and the staff were very accommodating. Location was great for the event we were attending. The units are comfortable and very spacious."

"Great place to stay with young kids. Didn’t love the fireworks being set off by people on the beach late at night until after 11pm. This was not the hotel/resorts doing it was the occupants staying there. The kids did not get a restful sleep. Overall the resort was great but the pool was crazy with the kids kicking beach balls everywhere even up onto people’s balconies. We avoided the pool because of this as you were always dodging balls being kicked around while others are trying to relax...
