"Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. I needed to extend my stay one more night and they made that process so easy. I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. I stayed by myself and the room was perfect for me. Only...

"Clean room. Excellent staff. Cozy room with a nice balcony and fireplace. Nice pool that the Grey Gull supplies kids pool toys for. There is a community a bbq and fireplace pit as well. Just be forewarned you share a wall with a corner unit as well as the balcony. During our stay corner unit was occupied by a very rude and noisy family. Children running around screaming on balcony as well doors slamming and adults yelling off balcony to people in the pool."

"It was clean, easy check in & provided us with what we needed. It is on a bustling street And was really loud with people & cars. It’s great if you are part of the the fun but if you want to sleep before 3am, maybe look for other options."
