"Middleburg is a quaint Virginia town with lots of history, and to stay in this 1800 century cottage added to the entire experience. Tim (owner) is absolutely fabulous and so accommodating. Tim spent time with us (by our request) and gave us the history of the cottage and plantation. The cottage is well stocked, comfortable, and exactly as the pictures show. But to sit out on the patio looking out over the landscape was wonderful and so peaceful! Middleburg, itself, is full of wineries, shops and...

"Kiley was an excellent host and the guesthouse was VERY nice. There is a washer and dryer located by the kitchen and the bedroom/bathroom had more room than expected. We will definitely stay again next time we are near culpepper. :)"

"The inside of the cottage was very clean. The bathroom towels are like blankets! SO nice! The kitchen is decent (with a little coffee/tea bar and fresh eggs in the refrigerator!!), the living room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. My only issue with the interior was there was no place to put the luggage in the bedrooms. I had to put my suitcase on the floor and kept having to bend down to get things out of it. It would be nice to have a luggage rack or a small dresser in each room....

We loved sitting by the fire at night and enjoyed the screened-in porch on the rainy mornings. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for a wedding nearby and we loved the house. The furniture and decor has been curated beautifully and the fairy theme was a magical touch, which our 2 yr old really enjoyed. Little Washington and Sperryville are idyllic little towns nearby and there is beautiful country all around. We enjoyed petting the horses next door and watching the fireflies in the evening. Would stay here again for sure."
