This homey space provides an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms with a number of features/amenities including:

- Master bedroom w/king bed, walk-in closet, and Roku TV

- 2 other secondary bedrooms w/queen bed, closet space, and Roku TV [3rd bedroom is a previously converted sunroon]

- Fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, dish-washer, and your basic kitchen needs, including pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, basic utensils, etc. (Starter cooking supplies also included)

- Living room provides a spacious concept w/sofa & 2 chairs & Roku TV [Air Mattress & Extra bedding available AT REQUEST ONLY]

Parking is free with 2 driveway spaces in front of property. All transit in Warner Robins is via personal cars or transportation services (such as Uber, Lyft, etc.) - no city transit is available.

STAYS LONGER THAN 45 NIGHTS
* If the guest is staying for more than 45 Nights, a midstay reset will be performed by the host to ensure property maintenance, linen reset, and the guest is abiding by house rules in order to continue the lease. The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

In order to maintain security for our neighborhood, we require guests to submit a verified form of identification prior to check-in for a soft background check. After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email from our partnered agency "Safely" to go through a quick 5 min screening process. Please note that in order to access the property at check-in, guests must complete this prior to their check-in date.
