We stayed over on Christmas Day. We made the reservation back in October and were shocked to see some things in the hotel and room description that did not match. There wasn't any coffee available in the lobby. In the room description, it said that we would have a microwave, but Natasha was kind enough to give us one. She also sent someone up to our room because the refrigerator didn't have a shelf and the lady came up with a shelf that was too big for it. The coffee provided didn't fit the coffee maker. We were too tired to let her try again.
Netflix was available, but it wouldn't let me log in. There were no other streaming services available. The cable lacked some channels.
They had a bar where they served Starbucks and pastries and breakfast similar to Starbucks. During the day and drinks and "appetizers", at night. the lobby didn't provide any coffee as stated, but infused water.
On our last day we found a bug on the tv.
Overall we found the hotel to be ok. The staff was really nice and the beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again, We were highly disappointed at.
