"Very nice and relaxing cabin! It is 20 min from the town and not much nearby so it’s very quiet. Everything was kept very clean. My son liked having his own room (although he complained the mattress wasn’t comfy he fell asleep fast). The hot tub was easy to use and clean. The only confusing part was Orbitz said check out was noon but the email from the owner said 11 the morning of so we had to rush out. I would definitely recommend this property though."

"I went looking for peace and I found it in Berkeley Springs WV. Tony was a VERY attentive host and every message ( big and small) was gifted a swift response. The check in was simple, the cabin is literally as pictured. We did have a small hiccup 2 days shy of checking out.. the fridge stopped worked after a small storm. "Based on a few other reviews, of it being 'rundown', yes - you can tell its aging, but it was a beautiful cabin, very private and quiet. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The bedroom and bathroom in the bottom floor was very nice and can tell everything was newer. Overall a geat little getaway and would definitely go back if we had the opportunity. "

"Our family had a lovely time! The house was very clean, super comfortable, and well furnished. Everything felt very new, thoughtful and well selected. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots and pans, cutting boards, cooking utensils, etc. The only thing lacking was a can opener.The screened in porch and hot tub were both incredible additions!We even journeyed down to the creek and found lots of fun mushrooms and crawfish.Would definitely recommend!"

"Secluded with a lot of trees around the house. Screened porch, outside areas, living areas, and kitchen are very nice, ENtire house and areas were clean. Tony was always very quick to respond to text inquiries. Excellent WIFI, online house manual with videos on how to use the hot tub was helpful.Near Berkley Springs. The master bedroom is large, updated and clean. The second bedroom is small and a little dated."

"This was a great property! Clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the screened porch. There was a big field to the side where we did our “camping Olympics” and great for the dog to run around. The creek was good for floating and there were some nice trails. Close to a grocery store but still completely secluded. "The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. We loved the canoe, dock, fishing, and hot tub. My only complaint was the cleanliness. We asked for early check in, and were told we would receive a text once the cleaners were done cleaning, never did, and checked in at the normal time of 4:00. I anticipated this was because the cabin was being cleaned very well. There were wet towels in the washer, some blankets in the dryer. The showers and toilets needed to be cleaned.
