"Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. "Pequeno hotel familiar, inserido numa localidade com História e muito encanto. Os quartos são relativamente grandes, no entanto com pouca arrumação. Cama pouco confortável. O facto de ter um bar/pub localizado no rés do chão, leva a que o barulho possa ser incomodativo para os mais sensíveis (felizmente chovia e raras foram as ocasiões). Serviço de quarto praticamente inexistente. Pequeno almoço apesar de pouco diversificado, com o suficiente para enfrentar o dia. Pessoal simpático o suficiente...

"We enjoyed our stay at Guestling Hall Hotel and were welcomed at the door by Chad, who was polite and courteous. The room was beautifully decorated and warm at all times. The breakfast was hot, as I like it,and very tasty and plentiful. If you wish to have fresh filtered coffee, just ask, at no extra cost. I was asked if I wanted to change my room when I arrived as the one I booked had a bath and another room was free with a shower, this was done without me asking, although I was not fussed but changed rooms anyway."
