"Good location on the highway that was close access to the historic downtown area. The back deck area and tables were great to sit out, watch the deer in the woods or chat with some of the other guests."

"Parking good - right in front of our room. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV worked well too. Would’ve liked a couple more coffee Keurig cups, and more half-and-half. Overall it was a nice experience."

"room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. staff was friendly and helped with any questions. parking lot is smaller with just 1 spot for each room available."

"Great place with great people that care! The outdoor facilities make this former motel a special place with newly remodeled rooms and a great outdoor area to relax and enjoy nature. We saw deer and other wildlife in the trails area, nice to be close to nature but convenient to everything else in Eureka Springs."

"Older motel, but surprisingly spotless. The bathroom was all new and very large and nice. Actual room was on the smaller side but bed was very comfortable. Great location. Husband said free coffee was good. Thrown off by the dispensary in the back of the hotel registration desk, but didn’t see or smell anything unusual. Recommend for the price if looking for a clean, safe and quiet motel. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly"

"not enough towels and washcloths were provided. we had to ask for washcloths. no maid service while we were there. they did not pick up the dirty towels and put in clean ones. or empty the trash."

"Great place to stay!!!"

"My review goes half-half. First 1/2: The hotel is in a good location; the room was fine, the beds were fine, and the bathroom was also clean and nice. Second 1/2: The front desk person was not nice or willing to help; I am an ADA-compliant person with limited mobility, and the order was made via Expedia (as they call 3rd party), room was under the building; there was no elevator (was in their ad), and I had to go up and down the stairs many times. I asked for a room change, which was denied (see...

"Wonderful. Helpful and kind staff. The rooms were perfect spacious and EXTREMELY clean."

"Really cramped but okay. Some dust of fridge looking like it has been there"

"Lovely getaway in a great location We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the suite was beautifully set up and full of charm. Having parking right in front of our door made arriving and heading out so easy. The service stood out too: the hosts were friendly, quick to respond, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. A wonderful spot for a relaxing weekend, and we'd happily stay again."

"Great place to stay. Older establishment but well maintained and clean. Very nice and accommodating owner. If we're ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again."

"Bed bugs in room 133. Daughter left with welps. The coffee machine had old coffee grounds in it. And no coffee for us to use (not that we would). Only had 1 key, and the tag on the key was a different room number. Carpet old and dirty. Grounds trashy and dirty."

"Wish they offered Breakfast but over all it was a decent place and I like how they gave you a key to your room vs a card key. The place was quiet and clean and prime spot close to everything. In the long running it could use some updating but it was nice, comfortable and quiet which is prefect for traveling and getting some sleep while traveling"
