"We LOVED the property. Very nice experience to walk out the door onto the beach. For those reading this, I highly recommend going out in morning at low tide, turning left, and walking down to where the Alsea River outlets into the ocean. Lots of harbor seals playing in the water and lounging on the sand. A walk (or short drive) out onto the Alsea Bridge also has super views, with not only more harbor seals but also nesting cormorants. A couple of things we didn't expect that could have gone a...

"We were very pleased with the property. Our entire party had plenty of room to be together and apart. The kitchen was well stocked although we found the stove to rather tricky. It may need some attention. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels etc. The beds were also clean but be aware that they are memory foam. "The home is large with lots of great space and a great location for beach access. Initially there was no soap in one of the bathrooms but we eventually found extra in other parts of the home. It did not seem that all the oven buttons worked correctly as we could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. The microwave was also awkward to use. This is overall a nice home."

"Little disappointed in the beach access, the picture makes it look like you could just walk out the back door. But beautiful picture window overlooking the beach, trail down is a little steep but manageable. Accommodations were great and kitchen was set up nicley. Top of the line appliances."
