"Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that."

"Beautiful condo-style space, delightful for two people and would be plenty comfortable and private for two couples. Well appointed kitchen, a gas fireplace, and stair down to the water. Super nice staff, easy check in and out; entrance is on a main street but the view makes it feel like a getaway. I wish we had time to stay longer!"

"You can’t ask for a better ocean view. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Very close to everything you could need for a restful week. The only thing missing were luggage racks. Loved it!"

"The view was great but the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see it very well. The carpet needs shampooing. I took my shoes off at the door and by the end of the day in the room my feet were dirty.I wish there had been at least enough coffee for one pot a day but there was no coffee at all."

"Was a perfect little condo for our beach trip. We slept great, the room has a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Kids (7 and 9 yo) had fun sleeping out on the sleeper sofa in the living room. There was an extra trundle bed available for the kids too. Kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in. We even had access to coin-op laundry room which comes in handy after a beach day with the kids. We had a great time and enjoyed the comfort of this home and the beautiful view of the...

"Neat furniture and floors - tiles are brightly and tastefully done."

"Table cloth had dried food on it. Like dried ramen noodles. Linen left inside dryer. Bathroom mat was soaking wet. Knives put back in knife block were dirty. Shower curtain, the plastic one, needs replaced. It was also dirty. Overall the cleanliness did not reflect how nice the duplex itself is. Lawn needed mowing. Location is great. Maybe just need a new cleaning team."

"We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t get to see any sea lions from the balcony during our visit, but there were a few just down the street at the sea lion docks.The property is two separate condo units connected by a locked interior door. Since we rented both units, the host quickly provided the code so we could unlock it and enjoy the space as one large condo. Great communication and a wonderful stay! WiFi was kind of spotty downstairs but great upstairs!"

"Property owner failed to send front door code waited two hours outside the door for owner to respond to give new code. The unit is incredibly small. The pictures are misleading."
