N16 - Cozy rooftop house with a beautiful garden by the lake in the Bavarian Forest

Cozy Nurdach-style cottage/Finnish cabin with a terrace and large garden for 4 people. Set in a beautiful scenic location, with views of the nearby lake and the mountain ranges at sunset, our cottage (53 m²) is nestled within the Jägerwies’n vacation park. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, each with two beds and comfortable mattresses, as well as ample storage and shelving space. On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped built-in kitchen with a sink, coffee maker, toaster, four electric burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher; a bathroom with a shower; an entryway closet; and the large living/dining area with a rustic dining table, TV, and couch. The custom-built furniture is made of solid wood and exudes a stylish Bavarian lifestyle. The adjacent shed houses the patio furniture, a parasol, a grill with accessories, and a badminton set. On the terrace, a wooden table and seating set is available for dining and games, while the beautiful natural garden—featuring a herb spiral and lawn—invites you to relax and play badminton, for example. <br>High-quality amenities are important to us. The house is continuously being renovated and beautified, making it significantly different from the original standard house in the vacation park.<br>High-speed Wi-Fi is available in the house for your exclusive use.<br>You can use your Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, or other streaming service accounts on our smart TV even while on vacation.<br><br>The following items are to be paid in cash on site and are not included in the total price:<br>The tourist tax of three euros per person per day.<br><br>You have the option to book bed linens and a towel set (including one large and one small towel). <br>Bed linens: 10 euros per person <br>Towel set: 5 euros per person<br>These costs are also to be paid on site.<br><br>The costs for electricity, heating, and water are included in the total price.<br><br>Upon arrival, a starter kit will be available for you, consisting of:<br>dish towel, bath and kitchen rugs, sponge and sponge cloth, toilet paper, dish soap<br><br>The recreational opportunities are vast, ranging from the proximity to the Bavarian Forest National Park with its beautiful natural experiences, to well-marked hiking trails starting right from the house, the magnificent Karoli Water Park in nearby Waldkirchen, day trips to Passau, Austria, and the Czech Republic, as well as workouts or relaxation at the spa park surrounding Lake Erlauzwiesel—just a 2-minute walk away—a tour of a graphite mine in Hauzenberg, and so much more. In winter, there are opportunities for cross-country skiing, and the nearest ski lift for downhill skiing is about a 20-minute drive away.<br>The vacation park itself offers a bread roll delivery service, informational materials, darts nights, and a lovingly run restaurant.
