Bright, quiet, and modernly furnished vacation apartment with a swimming pool and sauna in Freyung-Geyersberg, about 1.5 km from the city center. The apartment is located near a vacation resort in a secluded spot on the edge of the forest.

The living area is approximately 40 m² and is suitable for up to 3 adults + a baby or toddler.

The double bed measures 180 x 200 cm, and the pull-out sofa bed measures 120 x 200 cm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a refrigerator, an egg cooker, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker (capsules provided). The refrigerator has a freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, a vanity, and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linens are included in the price.

A 32" smart TV is mounted on the wall opposite the bed, with access to all major streaming services and public broadcast channels. You can surf the web unlimitedly via our Wi-Fi connection. Our DAB radio picks up numerous stations.

For families, we provide a crib and a high chair upon request.
Dogs are welcome here (for a small additional fee); we’ll provide a dog bed and food bowl.

The west-facing balcony is furnished with a large lounge area and a table, inviting you to relax. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

You can enjoy breakfast (not included in the price) from the buffet at the on-site restaurant (2-minute walk) or visit other restaurants in town.

Also located in the immediate vicinity (3-minute walk) are: an indoor pool with a sauna (both free to use), a game area featuring foosball, billiards, darts, and table tennis; drink and cigarette vending machines, and a large children’s playground.

Outdoor parking is available; alternatively, you can park in the multi-story parking garage at a low cost, which also offers charging stations for electric cars and bikes.
The building has an elevator.
