"This house is in a pretty awesome location. The views make up for anything that isn’t top of the line. The kitchen appliances were really nice and the beds/sheets were really clean and comfortable. The downsides are there is only a/c in the living room - none of the bedrooms have it. The weather was nice enough that we were fine but if it was a little warmer, sleeping wouldn’t have been as comfy. It’s a very damp area of the island so leaving the doors and windows open all the time makes...

"This was our 5th trip to Big Island and our favorite accommodations by far. Fairways is a perfect little gated complex with a great layout in a location close to the grocery store, golf course and Fairmont.
