Waikoloa Beach Villas is a 120 unit luxury villa development located in the heart of a world class resort destination, the Waikoloa Beach Resort, on Kohala’s sunny gold coast. Unit K3 is a lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit on the garden level in the desirable “K” building, facing the fairway of the beautifully manicured Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. This unit is perfect for those who want to stroll or play in the wide open common area backyard.

This luxurious unit includes:

~ Living & dining area: 1209 sq. ft. living area featuring Hawaiian/tropical style furnishings and artwork, central air conditioning, queen size sofa bed, dining table for 6; 40 inch flat screen TV, blue ray player, Bluetooth enabled stereo system; iPod docking station, wireless internet and telephone (with free calls anywhere in North America);
~ Kitchen: breakfast counter with 4 bar stools, granite countertops, quality GE Profile appliances, mahogany cabinetry, tile floor and great natural light;
~ Master Bedroom: large and bright with views of the golf course, lovely ceiling detail with ceiling fan, king size bed and 32 inch flat screen TV;
~ Master Bathroom: en suite and luxuriously appointed with granite dual vanities, soaking tub and walk in shower with river rock bottom, separate water closet (toilet) and walk in closet;
~ Second Bedroom: private with two twin beds (can be pushed together to make a king bed) and 32 inch flat screen TV;
~ Patio: private and large lanai fronting expansive greenbelt, with beautiful views of the 9th fairway of the golf course. Enjoy private outdoor dining on your own lanai with built-in summer kitchen and wet bar, including Viking Professional stainless steel BBQ gas grill, hood, sink, custom cherrywood cabinetry, granite countertop and granite backsplash;
~ Washer/Dryer: stacked, full size;
~ Garage: personal one car enclosed garage with opener, housing beach gear for your convenience (4 chairs, beach umbrella, beach mats, snorkel gear for 3, boogie boards, coolers – beach towels are inside the unit).

Built in 2006/7, the amenities at this gated community include:

~ 2 fabulous fantasy pools with waterfalls and lava rock spas;
~ entertainment pavilion with common area BBQs;
~ poolside fitness room,
~ beautiful tropical landscaping;
~ reduced green fees on the Beach Golf Course (designed by Robert Trent Jones) and the Kings’ Golf Course (designed by former British Open Champion Tom Weiskopf), both championship 18 hole golf courses complete with golf shop, ‘top 20’ restaurant and 15 acre driving range. There are 5 other great courses nearby including Mauna Lani and Hapuna;
~ walking distance to the sparkling shores and white sand beach at ‘A Bay’ (Anaeho'omalu Bay) where you can snorkel, scuba dive, ride a glass bottom boat, and take amazing sunset photos of the royal fishponds;

Everything you need!

We absolutely love Waikoloa Beach Villas. Hard to say if we would stay anywhere else. Owners are truly lovely and helpful and have everything you need when you arrive. We will be back!

Anniversary Trip

This was our second time staying at this condo. We love the development and the location of the Waikoloa Beach Villas to the Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops. The condo is great but could use a bit more attention from the property manager such as hand soap in the bathrooms/kitchen and full propane tanks prior to guests checking in.

Great condo in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here; it was a great fit for our family of 6! The kitchen was great and had what we needed, even some spices and such to use. The beds and pillows were fairly comfortable. (The photos show carpet, but those have been replaced with nice hardwood floors.) We loved eating on the lanai and enjoying the view, using the grill out there, and the yard space was great for our kids to run around on after dinner. There are plenty of beach towels in the closets. The garage had plenty of snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, some life jackets, and a couple ice chests which was great. (There are some inflatable floats to use at the beach, too--don't think they're allowed at the condo pools--but we didn't take a pump to blow them up with.) The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the pool and hot tub were great. Being only a short walk to the beach and a short walk to both the Queen's Market Place and Kings' Shops, the location was perfect! It was neat to walk along the King's trail, too, and check out the Waikoloa Petroglyph Field that was right there, too. (Just off Waikoloa Beach Drive between the Queen's Market Place and Kings' Shops). Thanks for a great place to call home for our 6-night stay!

Waikoloa Beach Villa

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The grill had no propane, but we were able to get a tank after searching for half a day. There was a propane shortage on the island. FYI Costco does not fill propane tanks in Kona, so don't waste your time. We enjoyed the patio and the ability to grill. We had 6 people for 2 of the 3 weeks. It was a little crowded with 6 people, but was perfect for 4 people. The owner was very responsive to a problem that we had with the A/C and had it fixed quickly. The only problem we had was at checkout. Checkout time is 10:00 am. We all took our luggage out to the car at 9:30 am and the lock number was changed! Our phones and wallets/purses were locked in the condo. We had no way to get ahold of the owner, since our phones were all inside the locked condo. We were able to get in, but be sure not to pull the door completely closed, or you could get locked out. Maybe they will start changing the code at 10AM instead of any time before. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Great location for families

You can’t beat the location of the condo. You are within walking distance of the shops and less than 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and the lagoon. This condo is child friendly with its location, amenities and is overall well stocked with all that you would need. The two pools are amazing and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them! I would book this location again in a heart beat!

Very enjoyable stay

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, location was great. We loved listening to the birds while sitting on the lanai and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were a short walk away. We also liked the fact that we could walk over to Queen's Marketplace and the King's shops to pick up some groceries, coffee, and sushi from the deli. A-Bay was close by too and enjoyed exploring the beach there and little trail by the fishponds. Overall a great place to stay!

Love how this place is a short distance from Queens Markert and A-Bay. Has everything you need. you won't regret staying here. The only negative would be the beds being uncomfortable but we tend to find this being a problem at most places. Thank you so much for a perfect stay. Mahalo

Villa vacay

The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed, we enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course. It is very convenient to retail shopping, groceries, A-bay (gorgeous sunsets), and the Hilton resort complex. You are right in the middle of all the best Kona coast beaches as well. Moreno was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely come back!

We've stayed at WBV before but first time at this specific condo. We love the location of the property because it is so close to amenities and a great family community. Definitely will stay again! Loved the condo itself but it could use a bit of updating and TLC. Other than that, we would go back in a heart beat!

Great place!

The property and unit are beautiful and a fantastic place to stay with kids. We loved the grill on the back patio and all of the beach umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards we could use! The only negative aspect to our stay was that the pool key provided DID NOT work for either of the pools, and this issue was never resolved by the property manager during our 7 night stay.

Top Property

Best place to rent! We have stayed in other Waikoloa properties over the years and found this gem which was half the cost of many other listings. The rental was fully equipped in the kitchen and the garage which was an unexpected but welcomed surprise with the reduced price! Best location possible, a few minute walk from shopping, food, and beach or pool fun! You can’t beat the Waikoloa Beach Villas and this property will be my go to for future visits! We loved the stay at this property

Location was perfect! You can walk to Queens market and Kings shopping center very easily. I enjoyed morning walk everyday. Rental unit was clean and more than big enough for my family. We had minor issues when we checked in. Bed sheet/cover was not done in the master bedroom, and there was some stuff left in a dryer on arrival. Circuit breaker for the oven was off when we arrived and we had to turn it back on before using the oven. That took us a while to figure out. We didn’t use snorkeling gear or boards because they were either broken or missing parts. Others thanks these minor issues, we had great time in Waikoloa!

Perfect week in Waikoloa

We loved our stay at Moreno’s condo. It had all the amenities we desired. The location was perfect for us, too! The AC worked great. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we could possibly want in it. He helped me quickly resolve an issue with the garage door opener. My only small complaint was that the snorkeling gear in the garage was a bit tired and most had some small issue like a buckle or strap missing which made it hard to put a full set of snorkel gear together. We would love to come back and stay again!
