Location is great, close to the A-Bay beach and walking distance except when is is very shot and sunny. Then it's better to go by car. Condo is also walking distance to numerous...

So Clean and updated...beds so comfortable, amazing bathrooms/showers/Washer & Dryer and I want that dryer! These folks know their Customers and make their Condo so welcoming and inviting. "Having a wrap around lanai that was big enough for relaxing and dining was amazing. This unit is located close to the pool and the Tropics restaurant. Just minutes to King and Queens shopping malls. Minutes driving to great beaches. Super quiet at night and was furnished very nicely. Lots of room for 2 couples. Everything we needed…except food and drink…was supplied. Would stay here again. The owners have done a terrific job with decorating the place, a mixture of modern and Hawaiian. Everything is carefully laid out making the stay very nice. All the beach gear you need is here, and the lanai is so pleasant! We had a great stay and will try to return some day. Aloha!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa. The space was clean and well appointed with plenty of space for our 3 adults and one 2-year-old. The check-in and checkout process were seamless. We had no issues with parking 2 cars (one in the garage and one in a visitor parking space with a parking pass). All of the facilities from the pool to the gym were great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Waikoloa area!"

"Beautiful property in the perfect location to enjoy the island. We found gorgeous snorkeling beaches very close to us. The unit is well stocked and just across the street from the pool, restaurant and ocean. Couldn’t have asked for more! As a side note, we ate at the restaurant three times in our week stay because it was that good!"

Great memories were made early each morning when my family would gather on the lanai to sip coffee and enjoy the stunning sunrise over Mauna Kea. Communication with the owners was excellent. "Kolea is a quiet development right on Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach. A short walk from the condo to the beach or pool area which is also very nice. The condo itself is nice. There were no problems. It might be about time for a facelift / refresh in the unit as the furniture is showing wear but is not broken or in poor condition."
