    The Space:

    Enjoy the best of island living at this renovated and stylish two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Waikoloa Fairways escape. Highlights include dual suites, central AC, smart TVs throughout, and a spacious lanai with a wet bar, lounge seating, and alfresco dining. Spend blissful days lounging and swimming at the community pool, mere steps from your door. Enjoy a soothing soak in the hot tub or make use of the communal gas grills and have a cookout. Within walking distance are dining, shopping, and entertainment options at the Highlands Shopping center. Tee off at the world-class Village Course at Waikoloa. Hop in the car and head to the coast for sun-kissed days by the surf.



    A sofa bed and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. Kick back and stream shows on the smart TV. Prepare your favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek granite countertops and an array of helpful appliances and gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather for fresh cuisine around the six-person dining table.



    This vacation rental includes two suites, each boasting a smart TV and direct lanai access, plus a queen sofa bed in the living area. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the guest suite, featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath provides added convenience.



    Unwind into vacation mode on the lanai, outfitted with lounge seating for four. Fix a refreshing drink at the wet bar, then dine alfresco amidst the fresh tropic air at the table for four. Enjoy year-round Waikoloa Fairways amenities including a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a grill area. Guest amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas are provided in the rental. Assigned parking is available for one car in front of the rental for an additional fee of $100 (to be paid on-site).



    Stroll 20 minutes to the Highlands Shopping Center for groceries, shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Choose from a host of world-class golf courses, including the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Village Course at Waikoloa, just around the corner.

Condo is as advertised. It's in a quiet community and close by to restaurants, the beach and other activities. It was exactly the retreat we were looking for.Condo is spacious, well equipped and beds are very comfortable.

Great updated villa with lots of space

The location of the property was close to the grocery store and easy access to 19 to the beaches and restaurants. Everything was as described in the listing and loved the aquatic center access and Johnnys restaurant..

We had such a fantastic stay here! My son and I stayed here for a week. Everything was a positive experience; from booking the place, to arrival, staying here and departure. Well organized, good communication, lovely condo. It was everything we hoped for and more!

Very well maintained and quiet complex.

Very peaceful stay. Very little use at the pool area which was well maintained with new barbecues and kitchen area. Loved the cannonball ice cubes the refrigerator made for cocktail hour. Would stay here again.

We didn’t want to leave!

This place was so lovely! Lots of windows, great amenities, and a fantastic pool just steps away from the front door. We truly did not want to leave. Super easy to check in, convenient location, close to supermarket and some restaurants, and only about 10-15 minutes to the Waikoloa beach/resort area. If we come back to the Big Island, this is where we want to stay!

Very spacious, quiet property with beautiful furnishings.. Very nice layout, with all kitchen necessities provided. Beach accessories are also provided. Would definitely recommend it.

Staying at this Hawaiian Oasis was an absolute delight! The serene backdrop of the golf course, complete with entertaining turkeys, added a unique charm to our experience. After exhilarating days exploring the island, returning to this peaceful retreat was a joy. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodation were impressive, and the large windows provided stunning views. The condo is nice. Bathrooms could use some updating. We stayed for 6 plus weeks. It would be nice if you had a monthly rate.

Perfect Location

This condo was beautiful. Clean, comfortable and just very nice. Nice quiet location, but not far from anything you may want to do. We did arrive after dark and it is impossible to see the numbers on the buildings, we had to get out of our car and actually walk up to the buildings to read them. It would help to maybe give a count or this building is actually the 2nd to last in the complex so that would help to know. It would be great for the to add wooded signs out by the street in the gardens with the numbers on them. Overall - loved this place and would stay again.

Very nice rental!

Very clean property. Square footage was larger than expected. I loved the "round ice cubes" that the refrigerator made! Large lanai. Only downside, was the additional $100 for parking pass/pool that I was not notified of prior to the stay. I could only pay this with a check or money order is what the paperwork said.

Great location and beautiful home

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It had everything we needed and more. It was pretty and clean on the surface but was in desperate need for a deep clean (all the nooks and crannies of a home that are often done a few times a year such as blinds, baseboards and vents). This did not stop of from enjoying the home though! It was kid friendly after moving some kitchen items from the bottom cabinets (we have a 14mo). One of the best parts of this home was the quiet location and gigantic windows! We loved being able to see all the nēnē each morning and listening to the birds! Our biggest complaint would be that both beds were extremely soft and seemed to have a pocket in the middle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: TurnKey offered timely support and communication. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and well equipped with kitchen appliances and beach items (chairs, large towels, etc). We had one minor issue with a parking pass but it was resolved during our stay. The location is a little "off the beaten path," a 15-20 minute drive to the Waikoloa resort area and 35-45 minute drive to Kailua-Kona. We especially liked the quiet setting in a small, gated community so we didn't mind the distance to other popular areas (in fact, it's what we really wanted). I think the value of the unit is fantastic considering the size and ammenities. We spent alot of time enjoying the large lanai. The proximity to the golf course was never a problem because the lanai feels very private due to a large hedge row.

We felt like we were home. We had everything we needed to cook our own food and even bake! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. There were coolers and beach bags, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs & towels we were able to use. The management company was always available. The moment we sent a text they answered within minutes. They even checked up on us to see if we needed anything. What an amazing experience. I traveled with my 4 children ages 18-23. They loved it! The pool was amazing and the people who lived in the complex were so kind. Thank you!!!
