Kolea 14L is one of the few two bedroom villas at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach that has a pleasant, open ocean view. The villa has been thoroughly furnished to offer the utmost comfort in a vacation home.

As you walk into the villa you will be struck by the spaciousness and the wonderful view. Enjoy large pocket doors that open up to the lanai making the view even that much more enjoyable. The lanai has a wet bar along with a stainless steel grill. There are two chairs for lounging along with a table that seats 4.

The living area has a wrap around couch where you can choose to watch the flat screen LCD television or enjoy a front row seat to the ocean view. Along with the television is a DVD player along with an assortment of DVDs. There is a recessed shade for added privacy if needed or you can also enjoy the amazing view from here.

Just off of the living area is the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counters along with stainless steel appliances. The dining area is spacious and seats six.

The master bedroom is just off of the living area and has a king size bed. Enjoy the ocean view while laying in bed! Just in front of the bed is an armoire that houses a television with a DVD player and VCR. The master bedroom is very thoroughly furnished and offers a nice tropical feel.

The master bathroom has two separate vanities on opposing walls. A travertine tiled walk in shower stands in the corner, surrounded by glass walls. Beside it lies a deep soaking tub enveloped by a wide golden travertine top.

The guest bedroom offers the same space as the master bedroom and is just off the entry. Within this room you will find a queen size bed and a bunkbed. There is also a day bed, which is great for lounging. The beds face a wall mounted television with a VCR along with a nice piece of artwork.
