Kerrie is a super woman in all parts of hosting units and making sure clients stays are perfect. She was so welcoming along with being super efficient and adept at all parts of her duties. The units she manages are completely stocked with quality items and very clean throughout. We are definitely coming back.

Excellant Value

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. Great location on the golf course. The unit had everything we needed for a great holday ... beach chairs, umbrella, insulated cooler bag, boogie boards, snorkel gear and even a decent set of golf clubs. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The king size bed was of good quality providing us with a good rest at the end of our fun filled days. Our host, Kerrie, was responsive and accomodating.

Waikoloa stay

The place is beautiful the view is beautiful I just had a problem with the fact Quiet time was 10 PM to 8am And one of the neighbors we’re asking us to hold the noise down at 6:30 PM my wife and I are both in her 60s !! anyways the only other problem I had was because we had to close all the windows and screen doors that early it got a stifling hot because we didn’t wanna make noise so more fans are probably needed at this unit So in hindsight this should be a four-star because I should not downgrade this place because of the neighbors but this only my opinion

Golf view

This property is reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable! While it isn’t a beachfront property, there are several beaches to choose from within a 20 minute drive. It was quiet and the unit was stocked with everything we needed.

Great stay

The beautiful condo at Waikoloa Viilas E-7 was top notch. It was very clean and inviting with every amenity you could think of including beach equipment. We loved the welcoming fruit basket. There were so many nice touches to make us feel at home. The recliners were our favorite. We would like to come again. Thank you so much.

Loved it!

We loved our stay in Waikoloa Village. Very clean and modern. Kerrie was wonderful to work with. Even without AC in the unit, most nights it was just fine and cool enough with windows open. Thanks again for the wonderful accommodations!

Misunderstanding

Was disappointed to find there was no air conditioning in the unit. I’m sure in the fall and winter months it isn’t an issue but in July it was hot and windy. After being outside all day, there was no relief in the evening. Sleeping was difficult! With all windows open the floors got dirty fast. Views were great! Pools were nice.

Nice updated condo on golf course

Loved the unit and location. Nice updated unit with well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Appreciated welcome basket with various fruits, nuts, and snacks. Professionally managed so property manager was very accessible and quick to reply. Can use pool and tennis courts. Discounted golf at course if staying here. Loved the outside patio on golf course with view of ocean from afar and nightly sunsets. Use of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, etc…No AC in unit but great airflow when front door and back sliding doors are open. Fans are also provided. Would stay here again. Our only disappointment was noise from 2 adjoining units. Both were having work done so quite noisy especially when windows and doors were open.

The location was quiet and pretty, exactly what we wanted. Sunset view is fantastic!

I love the sounds of the turkeys on the property with each sunrise. Parking was so easy and always a spot open.

Perfect condo for two

Wonderful spot. enjoyed the lanai looking over the golf course. Nene family had two chicks while we were here. Kitchen well equipped. Extra amenities like beach equipment. Much appreciated.

Lovely condo and a great value!

The property was just as described. The patio faced the golf course for nice views and offered privacy. It was well equipped and had beach chairs and boogie boards to use. You need to have a vehicle here and beautiful beaches are within 10-25 minutes driving time. There are several to choose from. There are also several scenic drives if you like to sightsee.

Clean, great location and well appointed

Kerrie was kind and quick to respond to questions we had about this property. The condo was very clean and had everything you would need to enjoy a beach vacation. I saw a few reviews about no AC (even though I know it’s mentioned they didn’t have it) and at first I was a little worried but with the fans on and windows slightly cracked, we never had a problem with heat while sleeping. Very comfortable. The bed was great. the view of the ocean was really nice considering how far from it you are and the large pool near the golf course was a nice bonus. Overall no complaints. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in on the Hawaiian islands.

Great location and great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wiakoloa Village property. Kitchen was very well appointed, living area spacious, great shower and bedroom area. The location of Wiakoloa Village is great for seeing the island. Close enough to Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops and restaurants, but close to the Saddle Road and access to Kona, Hilo and Wiamea. Not crowded at all like the resort areas and the complex was very quiet and inviting. Kerry was great to work with for sure and communication with her was great! 5 stars all the way!

No Air Conditioning and Construction Next Door

Unfortunately there was demo and construction going on in the unit next door which was very frustrating. There is not any air conditioning in the unit which made it uncomfortable at times.

Nice condo in decent location

This condo was clean and well appointed with furniture and decor. The small appliances and available kitchen supplies could definitely use some updating; multiple items coming directly from the cabinets and utensil buckets needed to be rewashed (greasy or holding odor), the coffeemaker randomly lost power but would come back on after a while, the microwave clock was missing lights making it a guessing game what the timer was set to, and the clock in the bedroom is directly from the 70's. Overall though, the condo was clean and without any pests or other issues. On a complete side note of my own, I wish I had done a bit more research to understand the actual location of the "Village" to improve my expectations of how far things would be away from the condo. Per the description, I expected the Queen's shops to actually be in the village and walk-able, but in reality, they are a 15 minute car drive away. This is not a location you can stay without a rental car. Additionally, I wish I would have notice there was no AC included, the tradewinds were incredibly quiet several days of our stay and it was HOT in the condo. Being on the ground floor we were not comfortable leaving the windows open while sleeping or while out for the day, therefore, even when the tradewinds were blowing, the sleeping temps in the condo were often unbearable. All that said, the condo was still incredibly clean, the grounds were beautiful, and the complex was quiet. We might choose to stay again if an upper unit or a unit with AC was available.
