Pictures are EXTREMELY MISS LEADING TO CUSTOMERS!! This Hotel is a joke! They are under renovations and nothing was mentioned to us. No amenities are working. Breakfast area is dirty and disgusting smells. The floors are dirty, furniture is VERY disgusting and would not sit on it. Our first room smelled of smoke and when called front desk they didn’t believe me and gave me a hard time for another room which also smelled....

"After checking in to my two rooms, my family and I went to our event. Upon our return my niece attempted to take a shower and the water didn’t drain. We informed the staff and was moved to another room. After checking into that room, my brother discovered there was no safety latch on the door. He informed the older gentleman at the front desk and was initially told, “We’ll check it out in the morning.” My brother then had to ask the gentleman what would he do if it was his family?"
