"가격대비 수준이 좋아요"

"This hotel is nice to stay for business trip in Bac Ninh."

"I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area. It’s also close enough to the heart of Hanoi to easily explore the city while still being in a quieter area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Excelente custo benefício, provavelmente o 5 estrelas mais barato que ja vi. Apartamento grande, muito confortável. Apenas observe que nao é uma area turística, fica afastado do centro, leva meia hora de carro para as áreas turísticas pois o trânsito é péssimo. "

"朝食がビュッフェで楽しめました。 綺麗で清潔、静かな場所でよく眠れました。"

"It would be helpful to specify what floor in booking the rooms. "

"Everything was great, host very friendly."

"Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. Great location as well, close to the lake. Special thanks to Alice, Liam, and Tony for all the help during the stay!"

"Khu này mới và sạch sẽ, nhiều cây xanh, đầy đủ tiện ích, có bể bơi bể bơi. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và thủ tục check-in nhanh chóng. Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng, có view đẹp. Khuôn viên xung quanh có nhiều cây thông, lên ảnh rất đẹp Tổng thể, rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại trong những lần tới."

"Hotel is great! Super clean and nice staff. The room we stayed had a laundry machine, and it was perfect."

"The property and its management was all well with my observations."

"Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location is a little bit out-of-the-way for us taste"

"I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

"This hotel was fine for a couple nights. The location was pretty decent. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the rooftop bar but for the two nights I was there it was closed. The room was fine, bit of an awkward layout, not very roomy, but the bed was comfortable enough. I had a couple issues with the room but they were resolved promptly. The staff were very friendly and professional. All things considered, the hotel was pretty underwhelming and I don’t think I would stay again."
