"Das Haus und die Lage ist echt super, die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns eine Reihe von Aktivitäten angeboten, die wir ganz einfach und simpel über sie buchen konnten. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wir wollten die Villa für 24 Personen buchen und das hat dann bedeutet, dass zum Preis hier auf FeWo Direkt noch einmal 700€ dazu kamen. Diese "versteckten" Kosten haben uns gestört, ansonsten war's top!"

"Unsere Familie zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche, zwei Hunde verbrachten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus am See. Sehr herzlich wurden wir empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes bestens versorgt. Das Haus bot alles, was man braucht. Die großzügige Terrasse spendete Schatten, der weitläufige Garten bot den Hunden viel Spielwiese und ruhige Plätze um im Liegestuhl oder der Hängmatte zu lesen oder einfach nur zu ruhen. "As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. "My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff. All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. "We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"Guido was very gracious assisting us whenever we had questions. Claudia, who met us at the square was very helpful & guided us to the property. Both were very responsive to any of our needs.
