"Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered...

"Die Lage in der Umgebung von Rom (30 Minuten Autofahrt) und die Größe und Sauberkeit des Hauses, sowie der wunderbare Pool und allem voran die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Paola, der Gastgeberin, waren fantastisch. Wir würden immer wiederkommen und können dieses Anwesen sehr empfehlen. Wir sind mit drei kleinen Kindern gereist."

"Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. "My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. "

The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. "This house is located beautifully and has everything you need to relax. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have closets to organize your luggage and both bathrooms are spacious. Everything is nice and clean in the house and there is enough room to move around with 5 adults.The area is gorgeous. Even from your bedroom window you have an amazing view over the property, which was an idyllic and almost surreal experience. "Wir waren super zufrieden in dem Haus von Kate. Das Haus ist richtig schön eingerichtet, war sehr sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten ein kleines Heizung-„Problem“ und Kate hat sich sofort gemeldet und sich direkt gekümmert. Wir sind super happy mit allem und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!"
