Located within the exclusive Sandbridge section of Virginia Beach, this condo is nestled within the Sanctuary at False Cape Condominium community, the perfect oasis for beachcombing and beach lovers longing for romantic walks alongside the lapping waves.

Gorgeous granite countertops combine with ceramic tile flooring to make the kitchen a great focal point of your stay. You'll also love the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, whether savoring your first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of evening wine. This beautifully furnished home includes free WiFi, TVs, three private pools (one has an oceanfront swim-up bar), and grilling stations, with lovely landscaping throughout. You'll also have access to a quiet library with plush chairs and a great book selection, plus a state-of-the-art exercise room with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights. Once you experience Beach Escape, you may never want to leave!

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings and making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
