"My room was licking water from the sink and all the towels were wet as soon as we got into our room. I told front desk they moved us to another room and sink was clogged for the whole night very gross . I told girl at front desk told her I wanted a discount would be nice or something. She informed me that manager would call me as soon as he got in but I got no phone call. I would not recommend the place to anyone else."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff members were all very polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only thing I would suggest reconsidering is the check-in time. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, which makes the stay feel a bit short. "The room was spacious and check-in was easy. They charged $20 for an hour early check-in as well. Only thing was our hair dryer didn’t work, the water temperature wasn’t very hot, and we were well aware check out was at 11am and they called us twice and when I was able to answer the phone at 10:45am they asked if we were checking out. I’ve never had that happen with a hotel stay..so, that was a little odd and felt we were being rushed out."

Also the behind the dest in the morning was very rude...Ive stayed in other Hamptons before, but this one was by far the worst one!!!!! "It’s March in Santa Cruz so it’s a ghost town. I arrived at 1:45 and wanted to check in. Attendant told me I had to come back at 4. There were 2 cars in the parking lot. I asked him the occupancy rate and he couldn’t answer. Just said there aren’t any rooms ready. I asked him to call me when a room was ready. Never got a call. When I got there at 8 there were no cars in the parking lot. I have traveled over 150 ddays a year for the past 30 years. Worst hotel experience ever. "
