"I cannot express how perfect this house is. So spacious, so you never felt crowded even with a large group. The back yard was fun and welcoming in so many ways. We had more than we needed with everything supplied, from coffee makers to having beverage containers to serving platters to anything. The neighborhood was secluded and friendly. Parking abundant Crystal was amazing. I want to stay here again and again and again. It was the perfect fit for us."

"We had a great time!"

"Loved the quiet and the seating just outside the cabin door. Spent time visiting with our friends who had the adjoining cabin. View of the redwoods and the creek enhanced our escape experience. Close enough to town to visit shops and pick up pizza. NOTE: room was tight (which was expected) and the bathroom particularly cramped. But for us for 3 nights, it worked!"

"We brought our two Corgis with us and stayed for several days. Emkay is a wonderful host. A slightly larger cabin was available when we arrived so he upgraded us for no additional charge. He was easy to reach and attentive to all of our needs. The property is beautiful and peaceful. "

"A last minute getaway turned perfect! Easy check-in and out, the cottage was immaculately prepared. It was too warm to use the fireplace, what a blessing. I will always return if there is availability."

"The location and size of this property are fantastic! The house is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. There are two kitchens, both well-stocked with everything you need. We appreciated that there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. "This beach house is classically beautiful. It is only steps to the beach and the views are breathtaking. Rio del Mar is amongst the best beaches in Santa Cruz County making this location prime. You don't need to bring anything. Everything is provided for you and the host is very kind and communicative. We had a great time! "

"Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests.
