"When we checked in twice, we had to go back downstairs and to get the room keys corrected. They ended up sending a technician because we couldn’t get the doors open the room keys couldn’t work. "I went and right when I got to the room the room smelled like weed it had roaches all on the balcony and the tv was not working at all there was crumbs all in the carpet, we called downstairs 3 times to let them know and they said don’t worry about it we will keep it noted so we will get our deposit back whole time once we checked out they kept our deposit and charged us a extra $200 and the breakfast was nasty and in the hall ways they have trash bags just laying everywhere around and there...
